Native Scale was created around a simple frustration: too many ecommerce brands were paying for paid media support that felt distant from the decisions that actually shaped growth. The founder would meet a senior person during the pitch, then spend the rest of the relationship chasing unclear updates, junior handoffs, and dashboards that explained very little.

The agency is deliberately small and senior-led. That means fewer accounts at a time, tighter operating rhythms, and a closer connection between media buying, creative, measurement, and the commercial reality of the business.

The philosophy is not complicated: spend money carefully, explain the work clearly, and optimise for the business rather than the prettiest platform metric. When that is the standard, paid media becomes calmer and much easier to scale.
